About Michele Rapp

I am a certified life coach and career counselor who is passionate about helping people pursue their dreams and goals, live creatively, and learn about themselves throughout the process. I enjoy supporting clients in finding greater freedom, playfulness, and meaning in their lives.

My experience includes five years of creating engaging career programs and providing coaching to alumni in diverse fields and career stages at Northeastern University. For more than 15, years I coached MBAs and graduate students, managed a speaker’s series and presented career development workshops at Suffolk University in Boston. Previously, my experience includes working in organizational learning and development.

I am trained and certified as a professional coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute, a program that includes extensive training, supervision and a rigorous written and oral exam. I enjoy learning and regularly attend conferences, workshops and webinars in my field. I also hold a M.Ed. in Organization Development from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.
