About

I am a certified life coach and career counselor who is passionate about helping people pursue their dreams and goals, live creatively, and learn about themselves throughout the process. I enjoy supporting clients in finding greater freedom, playfulness, and meaning in their lives.

My experience includes more than fifteen years of experience providing career coaching, workshops, guest speakers and webinars for alumni at Northeastern University and MBAs and graduate students at Suffolk University. Previously, my experience include working in corporate training, volunteer management, and counseling.

I am trained and certified as a professional coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute, a program that includes extensive training, supervision and a rigorous written and oral exam. I also hold a M.Ed. in Organization Development from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.

I participate in professional associations such as The Career Counselor’s Consortium and The Alumni Career Services Network.
