About

I am a certified life coach and career counselor who is passionate about helping people pursue their dreams and goals, live creatively, and learn about themselves throughout the process. I enjoy supporting clients in finding greater freedom, playfulness, and meaning in their lives.

My experience includes more than thirteen years of providing career coaching and workshops to MBAs and graduate students at Suffolk University in Boston. Previously, my twelve years of experience include working in corporate training, volunteer management, and counseling.

I am trained and certified as a professional coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute, a program that includes extensive training, supervision and a rigorous written and oral exam. I also hold a M.Ed. in Organization Development from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.

I have served on the board of the Boston Chapter of the Association of Career Professionals International and am a member of the Career Counselors Consortium. I have also been a coach with Vocation Vacations, a career exploration program that enables people to test drive their dream jobs. The Boston Business Journal has interviewed and quoted me in an article on choosing a career coach and another on networking.

My interests include photography, cooking, yoga, and participating in the sustainable food movement.
